Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Yes, our products are shipped flat-packed to ensure safety during transit and to offer lower shipping costs. Each piece includes detailed instructions and all necessary hardware for assembly.

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
