Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components back into their original manufacturer packaging to ensure safe transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a carrier pickup from your residence.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
